I received a phone call regarding starting a business helping people who are facing foreclosure. I was told that the business would cost $214.95 to start and I would have continued support and a website. I was also told I would received an email with complete details as well as an information packet in the mail.

I never received either. On 2/8/12 I received a call from a man who identified himself as Steven Ross the Director of Business Development. Mr. Ross went on to provide a 2 hour sells pitch which ended up requiring me to pay up to an additional $15,000 in order for the business to operate.

I informed Mr. Ross that until I received the written information I would not be interested in spending another dime. And if the business could not be operated as stated without the additional money I would like a refund.

Mr. Ross' reply was "well sweetie you won't be getting a refund and we will not be sending you the information." I informed Mr. Ross that a dispute of the payment would be put in with my bank, which was done promptly.
