On Monday 2-6-2012 while I was at work at 7:52am my debit card was hit and an order placed at WalMart.com. I found it a little after noon that day and went straight to my bank where we contacted WalMart.com to let them know I did not place the for $143.74 and Britney in the North Alabama call center informed us she had put a financial hold on the transaction and was expditing this to management. She gave us the order number of 2677220357547 and told us it was being shipped to Zip code 37128 and that was all she could tell us and that I need to file a Police Report with my local police which I did, Fort Smith Arkansas police report # 120006917 on 2-6-2012. On 2-7-2012 I awoke to find out WalMart.com did not stop the order and it had cleared my account at First National Bank for the $143.74 verifiable by Audra Durham, Fraud Department phone number 479-788-4303. We have contacted the Murfreesboro, TN police department for their assistance in finding these thieves as no one at Wal-Mart is going to do anything to help me the good, hard working citizen and protects the criminal's rights. The Detective assigned to my case in Fort Smith is Barbara Williams at (Personal Info Removed). It is now Thursday 12-9-2012 and after speaking to Julie Jeremiah at Wal-Mart.com corporate at Bentonville we find that Wal-Mart is doing nothing to get me my money back. My husband is a Marine in the Baikonur, Kazakhstan and I am working part-time while attending UAFS for Nursing and I need the money for my family now!!!!!!!!!!!!! What rights do I have in the State of Arkansas and help can I get from someone in our government?
