In December I ordered a sample bottle of fat burning tablets along with slimming tablets for £4.95. This was taken off my account but I never received the tablets. I have since had £69.95 taken from my account on 17 January and again on 6 February.
I have no information on how to contact them and have never received any tablets. Cannot believe that they can get away with just taking money out of my account with no authorisation and that the bank is unable to put a stop on these payments and retrieve my money.
Working with my bank to now try and get this subscription stopped. Lesson to everyone - don't buy on the internet and don't use your debit card. I cannot believe in this day and age that they can get away with this.

- I have the same problem, although I have been refunded from the american side, the UK side that debited £69 twice within 2 weeks have said they don't refund money, so I have reported them for fraud. See how they deal with that
