They processed charge to my American Express account but do not respond about sending me download instructions nor do they respond to any Live Chat requests . Site says they are away and will respond later. Also I requested one program and they show in My Account that I ordered two Microsoft Office 2010 programs, while I have only one computer.....
Have advised Amex but feel they are too slow to react.
