Started back on 13 dec 2011, with a bid that won me this note book.OH by the way I have not received as to this date, 2/9/12, I have email ,waited and emailed and have been promised that refund was put back in C/C, but now overdue and nothing, Just email again and informed them, but after reading these complaints , I don"t feel now that I will see any refund, Otherwords they promised a product for a price and did not follow through ,Beware of wolfs in sheeps clotheing
