I paid for 3 saple pots of cream on a 30 day 'free trial' then before the 30 day trial had expired, i found 3 unauthorised payments : £19.97, £74.95 and £60.02 totalling £154.94!!! My bank were 'unsure' whether the companys actions amount to fraud, as I gave them my detailsa when joining the 'free trial' which hs cost me £154.94 well before the end of the 30 day 'free trial' I have the original despatch note dated 20th Jan 2012 !!! I never thought I would get caught out on an internet scam, but it appears I have ! :-(please try && help me to get my money back!! regards Steve Dance
