I recieved a phone call fron a mr. john Anderson telling me that i had won214 million dollars and a 2011 marecedes auto buti would have to pay $385 .00 from my bank to complete all my tax recqaments I informed mr. anderson thattime Idid not have the momey until 3 12 12 .mr. anderson told me.too reMAIN silent about winners ,I asked mr. anderson to send me a letter of my winnings so I could secure a lawer too protect my interests if Iwas turly a winner I feel at this time as direted by step-son TODD wESSELLS A CAPTIAN IN ACCOMACK SHERIFF DEPT. TODD WESSELS told me that this is a scan. what i need is a letter of certification. this will help me if i am a victim thank you 757 336 3446
