I recently inquired about when my I-Pod shuffle 2GB(order #98977790),which I bid and won the bid On ,was to be delivered by Ziinga(e-mail and Live Chat) and was told,because I "cancelled " my membership,I would not receive my "FREE" gift. Basically I bid on and PAID($9.54 cost and shipping.Plus $39.00 for a "cancellation"fee)for the product.I explained to the Live Chat person that I had indeed PAID for the product,therefore IT WAS NOT a Free product.
While my membership has been cancelled,I was informed it would be active thru April 16 2012 and to make use of any outstanding "bids' I current had. Now they tell me I am nt to receive the I-Pod!
