I noticed on my checking account on 02/07/2012 there was a debit amount of $39.95 payed out to IntouchVoipwebpayment. I did not authorize this and was not even aware I even looked at such a web site! I called the phone number I found on a web site for them on that day and requested my money back and the person I spoke to said I had used the service on a trial basis and this was the monthly amount to be paid for it that came out. I told him I distinctly did not request the service and wanted my money back. He was going to "check into a credit back to me". He did not sound as if that was ever going to happen. How do I get my money returned for this?
