This Company has really infuriated me. I was charged $38.99 on 2/3/12. The charge resulted in my account being overdrawn since I was not expecting it, I had not put money into that account. The overdraft resulted in $32.00 fee.. I called my credit union on 2/6 to find out what the charge was about. I was told the charge came from First Premier Bank and billed to Utell, Inc.. I called their # 888-657-4414. I spoke to one of the reps. I asked about the charge and was told that it was for a trial of VOIP Service.. It was charged to someone using an AOL email address (not me). After being put on hold for about 30 mins.. I was told by the rep that I would be refunded in about 4-5 days.. Was even given a confirmation #. Well I waited the 4-5 days and still no refund. So I called them back on 2/13 and asked about the refund. I was told that it was being processed and should go through that day.. Well It went through, however it was another charge of $38.99 instead of a refund.. This is really upsetting that this company can get away with this.. I will be going to my credit union as soon as it opens this morning to file another complaint and to change my account info. Not sure how they got it in the first place. I am also filing a complaint with the attorney general in my state as well as in Delaware where this bogus company is located.. With all the complaints that I am reading about, I do not know how they are getting away with this.. Good luck to everyone who has been victimized by these people..
