i bought the free sample perfect radiant anti wrinkle serum and paid £5.95 for shipping that was all, this morning 14th feb 2012 i checked my account and £74.95 was taken out yesterday 13th feb 2012 and did not receive any product how do i get my money back i spoke to my bank about it i was told to get in touch with the company have you got any number for them.

i have not received my statement yet the information i got is from my internet banking when i receive my statement the proof will be sent
