I ORDERED A TV SERIES BOX SET "THE NANNY" FROM THE WEBSITE. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THE ORDER HAD PROCESSED THE SAME DAY THEN ANOTHER EMAIL CONFIRMING THAT EMAIL HAD SHIPPED ON 7 FEB 2012. I TRIED USING THE LINK THE EMAIL GAVE ME TO TRACK MY SHIPMENT AND IT WAS AN INCORRECT LINK. I THEN ATTEMPTED TO CALL THE 1800 NUMBER THAT WAS LISTED IN THE EMAIL IT WAS INCORRECT. ON 12 FEB 2012 I EMAILED THEM ASKING FOR AN UPDATE AND I GOT NO RESPONSE AFTER THEIR WEBSITE STATED THEY HAD AROUND THE CLOCK SERVICE. I BELIEVE THIS WEBSITE IS A FRAUD AND IS TAKING MONEY WITHOUT EVER PROVIDING THE PRODUCT.
