I had cancelled this order twice and was still being charged. After weeks of waiting for my last refund nothing came. I have been calling since July 2011 and am told that I will be refunded to no advail. I also have e-mails that this will be refunded and nothing. I have taken all steps nessary and still can not get my refund, but they still say It in on it way. I offered to give them my Credit Card number and was told it would have to be refunded by check. On another call a salesperson told me my Creditcard #. This information is not suppost to be kept on file. So The could have refunded the money months ago. Any Help would be appreciated. I will use this avenue before retain an attorney.
