They gave us the big spill about how wonderful this vacation would be. When couldn't find out what the hotels would be in Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale until we paid and they booked it. They told us it would be the Ramada's at both locations. When we found out we went on line to check them out. It was terrible. Every review i read talked about bed bugs, mold in the rooms, a strong chemical order, dirty pools, holes in the blankets and sheets. The customer service was terrible also. When i tried to stop payment (within 4 hours) on my credit card for the balance that was owed, i was transfeered 6 different times talking to different people. They finally said they would do it. Now i want my deposit back. They said i had to call the corporate office. The number they gave me in not a working number.
