I ordered a pair of Ugg boots and they turned out to be counterfit. They are not real and are knockoffs. I tried returning them becuase the company "guaranteed 100% satisfaction or money back" only to end up with the company no where to be found now. When i finally figured out how to contact them I sent the boots back (this was December 31, 2011) to still have yet to receive the money! Do not buy anything from this company!
