I made reservations with what I mistakenly thought was Buffalo Bills Hotel and Casino. It was in fact made with Trip Res. They insinuated that if I bought insurance I wouldn't have to worry about cancellation fees if I needed to cancel. I did cancel the reservations when I found out it was not the hotel I had made the reservations thru and the cost was double thru Trip Res. They refunded about half of my money only and said I had agreed to the 50 per person cancellation fees. I thought I had bought the insurance for that possibility then they told me the insurance was only for accidents, etc. So they bilked me out of $200.
