Same thing happen to me as all the people above, they advertise a 6 months membership fee for 39.00 something dollars, and next to it they have the tiniest icon with an "i" for "information, it is very easy to overlook. Of course when you see the credit card statement I quickly retraced my steps,( and had a COW in the process), and NOTICED the little "i" icon, when I clicked on that it actually explains that the 39.00 is being charged per month for the next 6 months. There is no doubt that it is set up to rip us off, not to mention the difficulty trying to cancel the membership.By becoming a "Premium Member" you have entered into a perpetual contract which MUST be formally cancelled. Since it is in the company's best interest to prevent you from doing this the process is all but impossible and designed to make you give up (please don't) or worse, voluntarily give personal details and a signature that can be used for identity theft and/or for debt recovery.
Demand that your complaint be escalated to a manager such as [email protected] who in December 2011 actually responded to emails.Advise that you desire to cancel contract immediately as per your entitlement under Swiss law (SECO wrote "under Swiss law with dating agencies, a contract must be able to be immediately terminated at any time no matter what the terms and conditions of the contracts between the parties states").Persist until you receive written confirmation of the cancellation.
I have tried all the above, yet I'm still getting nowhere, so now I'm about to lodge a formal complaint with SECO....don't know what to do next really if they turn up to be a dead end too. Submitting our complaints to here is not enough, ok I have lost 300.00 and short of a "Perfect Match" lol, I have to live with that, lesson learnt, but what grinds my nerves is that we are powerless at stopping them. They just ignore us, and go on with ripping people off.
Oh and I suggest to either advise your bank about B2.com and prevent them from debiting $$$ of your credit card or cancel your credit cards asap, cos they will keep on debiting what ever you signed up for every so many months.
I have signed in as new member, under made up mail"scams@hotmail",nickname: "Internetfraud" and send coppies of all the correspondence I had with B2.com so far to as many members as I could. They have deleted me the next morning!

Good luck to you all!
