I signed up for two samples costing £10 and a month later 2 unauthorised payments came out of my bank account. My bank has refused to help and I am left 155 british pounds down and have had to cancel the debit card I purchased the free samples from. If I am sent any further cream surely it should be my statory rights to send it back unopened and get a full refund????
