My computer indicated that my security protection was expired. A pop-up detaling that with official looking MacAfee signage appeared and walked me through the renewal process. Since it was from MacAfee and was asking all what seemed to be the right information, I filled in the form and provided the requested information. I thought it was legit because after completing the transaction all the security systems indicated they were activated. However, shortly after my payment was processed all the security warnings began going off again. Trying to contact MacAfee or VideoCaverPro.com about the problem has been fruitless and further investigation has shown me that I had been SCAMMED.
