October 2009 postcard sent to my address offering to buy my house. For the next two years a renter in house and he told me he was renting to buy! lease runs out april 2012. Now a law firm in charlotte,n.c. is trying to contact my ex-wife and there in talk of forclosure. What recourse do I have? I live 60 miles away from this property. Wilbanks has lied all the time about selling my home.
