Ladies/Gentlemen,
Please find the postage machinery used by Peaks’ House for the past Two years. Hopefully, the February 13, 2012 call placed requesting discontinuation of service as of March 15, 2012 will be honored. I am still requesting there be an adjustment of charges reflecting discharge of taxations since we are a tax-exempt non-profit organization.
In the event there remains any ambiguity regarding former requests, I enclose copies of former communications from me to you.
Sincerely,
Constance M. Pryor, Incorporator/Executive Director
Above is copy of letter sent. I will gladly provide copies of communications between them and Peaks' House. They have refused to honor our tax-exempt status and provide no explanation when they plan to do so. The last verbal communication validated that no tax adjustments had been made. We tried for 2 years to get the adjustment. Can you help us?
