I agreed to receive the "free trial" samples of face cream and authorised payment of postage, total about £6. Noticed 3 other payments had been taken without my consent.
Contacted my bank who said I had agreed to further payments because I didn't cancel the order by phone within 30 days! I couldn't even find the company online let alone a phone number!
Anyway I now have the number and they have agreed to refund half the money taken. I suppose that's better than nothing.
