I was checking my bank transactions online and I saw a charge in the amount of $9.20 from a NEW SPORT SHOP LANSING, MI. I knew I had not used my debit card online for a purchase from this retailer and the fact the transaction was done in a completely different state gave cause for alarm. I Google'd the company and I found this site and saw that someone else had experienced a similar situation. My bank gave me the contact number listed once the amount posted and I gave the number a call. To no surprise of mine, the number has been "disconnected and is no longer in service." My bank is currently disputing the charge.
