i tried to order bitdefender from their site when i try to place the order the first time they said there was an error the second time they said they couldnt process my order because of lack of information and the third time they said they made a duplicate order. i checked my bank balance and it turns out they charged me TWICE! for and order that was not confirmed!!!! when i returned to there site the order appeared to not have be ever processed and when i check my email for the download i found nothing i have called customer service over 12 times and sent 3 emails in which they have never respond THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A SCAM BEWARE!!!!
