I received a letter stating my confirmation number drew the lucky numbers and i won $28,500 from a 2011 Consumer's Point of Sale Sweepstakes, held on July 27th in Dallas, TX. They sent me a check for $3,797 as part of my winnings to help cover the insurance and processing charges totaling $2,987.32. I was also asked to call back the next day and my remaining winnings would be delivered via UPS and i had to show ID and sign for it. The check looked very authentic and i had my bank verify the funds.....turned out to be fake.
