i ordered or won an senser coffee machine, but when they wanted a photo or scan of my credit card , front and back, i resisted as i dont have a printer, and was not happy about this so cancelled the request, within 6 hours, but they took the money for the coffee machine plus $54 dollars cancellation fee, how can they take money out of my bank??? i am a pensioner, and cant afford this money, and have nothing but heart ache, to show for this money, i am so upset, and getting quite sick about it all, what can i do please??.

- this is a sick company, and have no qualms in ripping off your bank details, it is a scam!! i am making myself sick with worry, and hav to keep checking my bank in case they hav ripped more money off me, and nothing to show for this money they have taken off me, thankyou .
