I won a judgment in civil court against a person that stole and stripped my pickup after the police refused to take action. On March 28 I signed over the judgment to a company called Western Judgment Recovery. Now nobody answers the phone number for this company. I believe the person faked all the papers and business card, and is working with or is the person I won the judgment against. I believe this is fraud and he broke some kind of laws. I contacted the Eugene police about filing a report about this crime, and was told by police to take him to civil court. What am I paying taxes for if the police will not take action when this person stole my pickup, and then cheated me out of this money. David Baldwin
