Placed the order Jan 17th, thought Aqualift and kunilift was same co. they claim not. M/c phoned and alerted me to the two charges. phoned Aqualift who I understood cancelled both(they did not charge me ). Feb 5th kunilift sample arrived. I assumed this was the sample I had paid for but recently cancelled, same bottles (m/c billing was for Feb 2nd) so in fact I was billed 18 days after ordered 3 days before sample arrived. When I cancelled Aqualift I was told they would cancel both? Kunilift refuses to refund, I refuse to pay. They told me I cannot return because over 14 days are you kidding I hadn't even rec'd until 18 days after. do I have proof he asks. No I don't. usually do not need proof for good cust. service......what scammers

I rec'd notification from Mastercard that I have been credited
back the money. So that was a pleasant surprise because the mgr
I spoke with at the co. was adamant he was not crediting me.
