Complaint 79004 Details

This month I got my bank statement and noticed that the amount of £39.95 had been taken out of my bank. I didn't know what this was for, so I looked on line to see what the website was, all it said was it was a porn site, I didn't sign up for this porn site as I find it disgusting! I then looked back on my bank statement to find out that the amount of £39.95 has not only been taken out of my bank once by 5 times over the past 5months. The reason I am writing this complaint is because I would like to get my money back as I did not sign up for this, I am a disabled parent looking after 2 children and I am only on benefits. I would not sign up for anything like that as I haven't got that sort of money to spend on things like that as I have to keep a roof over mine and my children's heads.
