Went online at mymagicjack.com to renew my magicjack internet phone service for 1 year at $29.95. Magicjack charged me more than once and said there was an AVS error and payment was not received each time.
On the live chat, they told me my card was not working and asked me if I had another card. Of course I did not, but found out that from the $99.00 I had on my card at first, only $3.83 was left and no renewal happened.
MAGICJACK IS A FRADULENT COMPANY AND THE LIVE CHAT LINE WAS TRYING TO GET ANOTHER CARD TO CHARGE.
I NOTIFIED MY BANK OF THE FRAUD AND ASKED THEM TO INVESTIGATION IMMEDIATELY.
