I placed an order with this company on 1-19-12. I received a comformation and that is all that I have received. On their web site they give a Seattle, WA phone #, which does not exist. In serching through their web site they claim not to have a phone # due to the fact that they will not discuss critical information regarding their customers over phone lines that could have others listening. Their is a section on their site where you can send an e-mail, but you don't get any action.
