I typed in google search “internet explorer won’t open att.” The windows help and support page came up and told me I needed to download a fix for Internet explorer. After I downloaded speedMaxpc, it came up with thousands of problems. But, I could pay $9.97 to fix it. When I agreed, I was then charged $39.97 instead and the problem continued.
