Go to website listed as 888-583-1956. My story is there under name "Cat". And several comments of others that were also scammed. This company cleverly dupe you by deception into giving a credit card number on the premise that they have to have it to see if you qualify for their credit card reduction program and that you can cancel the program if you don't want it. Immediately after they have your credit card info., they REFUSE to cancel your account and thay charge you. You do not receive the services that they promised and you are out the money. Later when you reported it to your credit card fraud unit, they send them something saying that they allow cancellation within 10 days. This is a lie because I insisted on cancellation several times verbally and in writing. I even talked to a supposed supervisor and was laughed at and told I would be thretened with a lawsuit if I tried. I have been lied to and cheated out of my money and did NOT receive what I was promised. Instead, they sent me another credit card that was not part of the deal they promised me. I told them that doesn't help and isn't worth $1,998.00. I reported this to the BBB, the ATTORNEY GENERAL, the FEDERAL BUREAU FOR CONSUMER FRAUD, my credit card company and the OFFICE of the Comptroller of the Currancy. Noone cares, and these theives continue to run rampent collecting more victims from their call center in Tempe, Arizona. I am guilty of trust. Trust that people will do what they say. I used to live in a world where TRUST once meant something. Now days they even want to take that word off of our money. This is a perfect example of why. We live in a world where the theives and liers win and WIN BIG at the hands of people who once grew up and believed in the word "TRUST". How stupid am I. I didn't know "TRUST" died, but I do know. And I didn't even get to go to the funeral. What a world we live in where the theives lie and continue to prosper and the honest suffer. It makes me sad that this is what America stands for now, "Dishonesty".
