i called sge loans late november 2011 they said they could get me a £2000 loan, they asked for my debit card number to verify my account but assured me no money would be taken,as the conversation went on they sounded more dodgey so i told them i wanted nothing from them and i hung up.5 mins later i got an email from them,it was a reciept for payment but had no amount on it,so i phoned them straight back and angrily repeated to them i wanted nothing from them and to cancal anything they had started.the man assurred me no money was being taken and it was all cancalled.about a month later 23/12/11 i checked my account online and they had took 79.99 from my account, being christmas time i had t wait to phone them and they said i hadnt cancaled but they would refund me.a couple of weeks past no refund, they then say you can only cancal by email,so i do this, they say you only have a week to cancal after original phone call so no refund or loan.ive phoned several times but just get wound up,i might go leeds and confront the scamming idiots.
