i ordered the cream, at the low cost shipping, and the cream burnt me skin and the gel also, this company has taken a further £170. 00 out of my bank, without my permission, i am so angry, as i am a single mum looking after my disabled daughter, and have on going heart problems, and i can't afford this, they have left me peenyless, and im so depressed about all of this, it's affecting my life, i want my money back, how do i contact them? please help x

- same has happened to me its a disgrace n now we r all on here pleading for help to get out money bk them companys should b shut down its a disgrace x
