we bought a dog (Henk) from 'von hayden shepherds' also dba 'no fear dog gear' run by Kim Wiacek-Richards and Matt Richards in West Virginia. We took possession of Henk on 22MAR11 and had a payment plan where we had to pay him off by 15jun11, he was paid off as of 28MAY11 and now as of 01AUG11 we STILL have not received any of his domestic (AKC) registration paperwork, import (SV) paperwork, Microchip paperwork or health records. The seller has refused to contact us since the pay off date (28MAY11) and is now not responding to emails or our repeated requests to attain any of his paperwork.
