I paid a one time release form & submitted my MasterCard as payment for $33.03. I was billed tree times on that date and numerous times after that. I have no way of contacting them or any way of offering Capital One with any documentation. This was a one time transaction that just kept on multiplying on my Capital One statement. Capital One has tried to refund the transaction twice but eventually re billed me for the amounts charged. I seem to have no recourse to this problem.

The submission of proof sent to this web site lists the charges submitted by CDM MERCHANDISE as well as the dates these transactions were listed. The wrongful charges have CDM MERCHANDISE highlighted in red.
