I was charged $9.99 on my US cellular bill for this the Winley Marketing and I have no clue and/or recollection of what that could possibly be. It says the same as everyone else, gossip tracker and tips and tones! Which I would never even use.. Now I have to go back and check previous bills as well! Yes, I did receive a text message stating to reply STOP or else you would be charged, twice and both times I replied STOP!! Ridiculous!
