i bought a bid pack for 150$ and had let more bids from my previous month. which in total comes out to about 250$. the about 2 months prior i purchased some items and only got them two months later. and for that they sent me an email stating that they had trouble with the vendor who supplied these products and that they have stopped using their services. They gave me some bids back to keep my mouth shut. i had a good amount of bids and tried to bid on an ipad, but everytime i would bid the site would log me out, so that was making it impossible. immediately i thought that something was fishy and sent them an email requesting to get my money back. i threatened them with going and filing a complaint to the "BBB", and i got an email a week later stating this:
"Hello Denis,

Thanks for your email, we're always here to help.

To ensure complete satisfaction, we have gone ahead and issued a full refund for all charges made and have closed your account.

You'll notice the funds on your credit card statement within 5-7 business days.

We aim to go the extra mile for our customers, we want to ensure you are happy with your experience at Deal Fun.

and so a week passed and i sent them another email, except this time i did not get anything back in response. a month has passed since, and i sent them 4 emails already but i do not get anything in response and no refund.

Update: 02/29/2012

Dealfun had the BuySafe guarantee when i fist purchased their bidpack.
and now when i purchased the last bidpack there was no buysafe guarantee.
