I bought a truck,received a statement from ebay to mail payment to ebay agent Gomel Paul.Sent the money western union as instructed.Andrew Morgan emailed that received confirmation of the payment and would make shipping arrangements right away and would keep me updated on every step of shipping.I have not heard from him since.

- E-bay will never ask you to mail them the payment! They do all transactions via pay-pal. If you haven't reported this offence to E-bay I would recommend that you do so. They might be able to help you considering you were on their web site and the seller I am assuming was a registered and verified seller.
