I ordered an Authentic Michael Strahan jersey on February 17, 2012 from this website after being scammed by another NFL jersey website only a few days earlier. I chose nflmonstershop because their website looks legitimate, they are even backed by the Better Business Bureau, which made me feel safe doing business with them. After placing the order on 2/17/12, I received a confirmation email that stated my order was "processing"..well, 2 weeks later and it is still "processing." I emailed the company multiple times asking about the status of my order and never got a reply back. It was only until my last email became quite agitated in nature that I received a reply stating that the company has "been on holiday" and that they are "trying their best to get the jersey in stock" for me. I emailed them back very nicely asking for a credit to my account. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau and also filing a complaint with them.
