Received prize claim/final notification stating I had won $3,980.00 (check inclosed) in Home Depot envelope from Certified Manufacturing, INC., Holt, Fla. Letter stated unsuccessful attempts to reach and this was payment for taxes for being one of twenty winners in a mega lottery worth entitling me to an additional $150,000. Stated to call Michael Dundas at 1-905-598-3414, Claim Agent before attempting to cash the check. I did not call. Checked out the scam information on the internet.
