Jc Penny put a charge on my bank card for 864.67. I immediatly called them to tell them that this charge wasn't mine and the person I spoke to told me that they saw the charge but couldn't tell me what the charge was for. There was no catalogue number. This is strange they told me because there should have been a catalogue number. I was told that this charge wouldn't go through because it had no number. I then called U S Bank ( my bank) to inform them of this. They put the money back into my account, and then a week later they took it out again and paid Penny's and I was very upset to say the least! Why would you pay them after I reported to you that this was fradulent and that I never made a purchase from JC Penny for that amount. Now they are telling me that there have to be an investigation, and that I may or may not get my money back. I need my money that was all I had to pay my bills. Please Help!
