I applied on line, but i never signed any documents or sent then any documents and they took the 19.00 out of my account without my approval. I received a call from Brenda and also a email saying if i have any question call her because she was my account manager. I tried my all get a recording saying go to status William credit online. I also email her and ask if i got approve for the loan , if so how much, when is payment due. No reponse.
