Forged invoices while I was waiting for a price estimate; instead, forged and altered doc. while I was waiting for quote; then, wrote their own ticket to scam me out of $572.12; still, having to call police to retrieve my keys. Elaborate scheme pretends the customer has ordered the work so they jimmy the paperwork and hold you and your car hostage for 5 hrs. Scam is that they get some sort of initial from you "as authorization for a free estimate" and then build an invoice aroung that initial and claim that the customer ordered the work. They have been doing these kinds of scams for several years, but apparently the authorities never shut them down - maybe they make a lot of your money despite the fines and complaints. YOU MUST FIGHT THESE CROOKS and it is their business model to defraud customers - WRITE TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND NOTIFY FEDERAL AUTHORITIS so at least they are fined more and more.
