In good faith I subscribed to this service and was able to communicate with three contacts. Shortly after that when I attempted to reach anyone on the list the Company showed on my computer screen offers for additional costs an ability to reach others or to read their messages. This looks like "bait and switch" with no forewarning of their practice. I am unable to contact anyone further without paying additional charges to subscribe to their "additional" programs. My first call to the Company was answered and I requested that no further renewal charges are to be made against my credit card. The technician for the Company agreed to remove my account from automatic renewal. Since then I've called several times and have been put on hold for 4 to 9 minutes each time. I refuse to pay additional costs for this unreliable service. Maybe I've been blackballed. Their service is completely unacceptable.
