I am complaining because the shoes fit terribly, they do not wear anything like the normal (excellent) quality that Nine West is known for providing. I am unable to wear them at all. I purchase two pair for my daughter and myself and neither of us is able to wear the shoes because the pain is too much to tolerate. I fear we will develop serious foot problems if we wear these shoes. I purchased Dr. Scholl’s jell insoles and heel pads (at a price of $15.00) hoping that might help with the discomfort which did nothing for the unbearable pain. So that was a complete loss of more money.
