We received a call from a company by the name of Key Soulution 1 and spoke with represenatives by the name of Robert, Carol and Mark who spoke to us about President Obama formulating a project that helps cardholders of Chase and other accounts to help to lower their interest rates by paying $498.00 and gauranteed savings of approximately $2,000 to $4,000 worth of interest. We have given them our personal information and feel that this however is a scam and would like to have your company be aware that this entity of people are posing to help our financial situation but we are very concerned that we have been taken advantage of.
