I have just phoned my bank, every month for the 7months £10 has been taken out of my account with out my permmission. I have asked them to cancell what ever this is with this company, but, apparently they can't cancel, they tell me I must do it. I am going out of my mind, as even though I have a new debit card/number, this company SHOPPERDISC.CO.UK can request from mu bank my new number, and apparently they have to by law give them my new debit card number, so, please can you help me. I am a 60yr old woman, who can not afford to loose any more of my money.....this seems to have started Aug 2011 and up to date now still taking £10 per month..between 3rd and 5th of every month.Please, can you help me.
