I called to order the ez eyes keyboard. AFTER they took my card number, I realized that for the keyboard to be lighted, it would be an additional $10.00 and there was no way for me to cancel my order. I called their customer service line and they told me it might take up to 48 hours for the order to process and they could not cancel the order. I called my bank and they checked to see if the card had been run through. It had not so I had them cancel my card. That was the only way they could stop the payment. What a scam and an inconvienience.
